PRIORITY CONSIDERATION OF CERTAIN VISA APPLICATIONS 2016/093
(Subregulation 2.12M(7))
I, JUDITH O’NEILL, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subregulation 2.12M(7) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):
1.REVOKE Instrument IMMI 16/022 (F2016L00321), Migration (IMMI 16/022: Priority Consideration of Certain Visa Applications) Instrument 2016, signed 15 March 2016; and

2.SPECIFY for subregulation 2.12M(2) of the Regulations, the following matters in Schedule A to this Instrument:

a.kinds of visas (column 1);

b.kinds of valid passports in relation to kinds of visas specified for the item
(column 2);

c.requirements in relation to kinds of visas and kinds of valid passports specified for the item (column 3);

d.approved forms in relation to kinds of visas and kinds of valid passports specified for the item (column 4);

e.ways in which applications can be made in relation to kinds of visas, kinds of valid passports and approved forms specified for the item (column 5).

3.SPECIFY for subregulation 2.12M(5) of the Regulations, in relation to kinds of visas (column 1) and kinds of valid passports (column 2), the following matters in Schedule B to this Instrument:

a.approved forms (column 3);

b.ways in which requests for priority consideration of visa applications can be made (column 4).
