POSTAL AND COURIER DELIVERY ADDRESSES FOR

DISTINGUISHED TALENT VISAS & SPECIAL ELIGIBILITY VISAS

(REGULATIONS 1112(3)(a), 1113(3)(aa) AND 1118A(3)(a))

I, JOHN COBB, Acting Minister for Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs, acting under regulation 1.17 and paragraphs 1112(3)(a), 1113(3)(aa) and 1118A(3)(a) of the Migration Regulations 1994 ("the Regulations"):

  1. REVOKE the Gazette Notice signed on 20 April 2005, made for the purposes of paragraphs 1112(3)(a), 1113(3)(aa), 1115(3)(aa) and 1118(3)(a) of the Regulations.

  1. SPECIFY the following address as the post office box address for the purposes of subparagraphs 1112(3)(a)(i), 1113(3)(aa)(i) and 1118A(3)(a)(i):
