I, STEVEN GROVES, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):

  1. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 16/001 (F2015L02120), Payment of Visa Application Charges and Fees in Foreign Currency 2016, signed on 22 December 2015; and

  1. SPECIFY, in the table in the Schedule to this Instrument, for the purposes of paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Regulations in :

a)Column A:  the foreign currency which the payment of a fee and/or a visa application charge, other than a visa application charge payment mentioned in subregulation 5.36(3A) of the Regulations, must be paid; and

b)Column B:  the International Standards Organisation code (ISO code) for the relevant currency; and

c)Column C: the exchange rate for the Australian Dollar for each relevant currency.
