SPECIFICATION OF ORGANISATIONS FOR THE PURPOSES OF PARAGRAPH 459.214(c) OF THE MIGRATION REGULATIONS 1994
I, PETER McGAURAN, Minister for Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs, acting under regulation 1.17 and paragraph 459.214(c) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
REVOKE the notice signed on 14 March 2005 specifying organisations for the purposes of paragraph 459.214(c) of the Regulations; AND
SPECIFY, for the purposes of paragraph 459.214(c) of the Regulations, the following organisations:

Australian Biotech Investments Pty Ltd (trading as the Australia-China Developments Centre)
