MIGRATION OCCUPATIONS IN DEMAND
(REGULATION 1.03)
I, AMANDA VANSTONE, Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs, acting under regulations 1.17 and 1.03 of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
REVOKE Instrument Number IMMI 06/017 signed on 27 March 2006 specifying migration occupations in demand for the purposes of the definition of migration occupation in demand in regulation 1.03 of the Regulations; and
SPECIFY each skilled occupation referred to in the Schedule to this Instrument as a migration occupation in demand for the purposes of the definition of migration occupation in demand in regulation 1.03 of the Regulations.
This Instrument, IMMI 06/066, commences on the day of registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
