Migration Regulations 1994
MIGRATION OCCUPATIONS IN DEMAND
(REGULATION 1.03)
I, JOHN COBB, Acting Minister for Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs, acting under regulations 1.17 and 1.03 of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
REVOKE the Gazette Notice signed on 27 April 2005 specifying skilled occupations as migration occupations in demand for the purposes of the definition of “migration occupation in demand” in regulation 1.03 of the Regulations; and
SPECIFY each skilled occupation referred to in the Schedule to this notice as a migration occupation in demand for the purposes of the definition of “migration occupation in demand” in regulation 1.03 of the Regulations.
This instrument commences on 1 November 2005.
