INSTITUTIONS AND DISCIPLINES FOR SUBCLASS 476 (SKILLED – RECOGNISED GRADUATE) VISAS

(CLAUSE 476.212)

I, KRUNO KUKOC, First Assistant Secretary, Migration and Visa Policy Division, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under clause 476.212 of Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):

1. REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 08/059 signed on 5 August 2008, specifying institutions and disciplines for the purposes of clause 476.212 of Schedule 2 to the Regulations; AND

1. SPECIFY each educational institution referred to in the Schedule to this Instrument as an institution for the purposes of paragraph 476.212(b) of

   
   

   Schedule 2 to the Regulations; AND

1. SPECIFY Engineering as a discipline for the purposes of clause 476.212 of Schedule 2 to the Regulations.

This Instrument, number IMMI 10/053, commences on 30 October 2010.
