HEALTH SERVICE PROVIDER

(Subregulation 1.15AA(2))

I, MICHAELIA CASH, Assistant Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subregulation 1.15AA(2) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations) hereby:

1          REVOKE Instrument Number IMMI 14/041 signed on 2 July 2014 (F2014L00980) specifying a health service provider for the purpose of subregulation 1.15AA(2) of the Regulations; AND

2          SPECIFY the following health service provider for the purpose of subregulation 1.15AA(2) of the Regulations:

(a)        Bupa Australia Health Pty Ltd trading as Bupa Medical Visa Services (Bupa).

The Instrument commences immediately after the disallowance of the Migration Amendment (Repeal of Certain Visa Classes) Regulation 2014.
