SPECIFICATION OF ETA-ELIGIBLE PASSPORTS 2016/066

(regulation 1.11B)

I, PETER DUTTON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under regulation 1.11B of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):

1. SPECIFY for the purposes of subregulation 1.11B(1) of the Regulations, each of the kinds of passport set out in Column 2 in the Schedule to this Instrument as an ETA-eligible passport in relation to an application for a visa if the conditions (if any) set out in

   
   

   Column 3 in the Schedule to this Instrument for passports of that kind are satisfied in relation to that application; and

2. SPECIFY for the purposes of subregulation 1.11B(2) of the Regulations, each of the kinds of passport set out in Column 2 in the Schedule to this Instrument as an ETA-eligible passport in relation to each subclass of visa specified in Column 4 in the Schedule to this Instrument.

This Instrument Specification of ETA-Eligible Passports 2016/066, IMMI 16/066 commences on 1 April 2016.
