DEFINITION OF CHEMICALS OF SECURITY CONCERN

(Subclauses 8551(2) and 8560(2))

I, BRENDAN O’CONNOR, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under subclauses 8551(2) and 8560(2) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’) hereby:

SPECIFY for the purposes of the definition of chemicals of security concern in subclauses 8551(2) and 8560(2) of the Regulations the list of chemicals at Schedule 1 of this instrument as identified by the Council of Australian Governments.

This Instrument, IMMI 13/083 commences on 1 July 2013.
