I, SOPHIE MONTGOMERY, Assistant Secretary, Temporary Visa Policy Branch, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under item 1224A of Schedule 1 and paragraph 462.221(c) of Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):
REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 13/022, (F2013L00174), signed on 23 January 2013, specifying foreign countries, educational qualifications and addresses for the purposes of item 1224A of Schedule 1 to the Regulations and paragraph 462.221(c) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations.
SPECIFY for the purpose of paragraph 1224A(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations the following foreign countries AND SPECIFY for the purposes of paragraph 462.221(c) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations the educational qualifications in relation to the corresponding specified foreign country:
