I, MICHAELIA CASH, Assistant Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subregulation 2.07(5) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations) for item 1236 of Schedule 1 to the Regulations:
REVOKE:
(a) Instrument number IMMI 13/002 (F2013L00505), signed on 18 March 2013, specifying addresses for subitem 1236(4) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations; and
(b) Instrument number IMMI 14/104 (F2014L01524), signed on 10 November 2014, specifying classes of persons for subparagraphs 1236(1)(a)(ii), 1236(1)(b)(ii) and 1236(1)(c)(ii) of Schedule 1 to the Regulation for persons applying for a Subclass 600 (Visitor) visa; and
(c) Instrument number IMMI 14/105 (F2014L01528), signed on 10 November 2014, specifying classes of persons for subparagraphs 1236(1)(a)(ii), 1236(1)(b)(ii) and 1236(1)(c)(ii) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations; and
(d) Instrument number IMMI 15/007 (F2014L01600) signed on 19 November 2014, specifying travel agents for subitem 1236(6) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations; AND
SPECIFY for subregulation 2.07(6) of Part 2 of the Regulations, the following classes of applicant subitem 1236(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations the following approved forms:
(a) For an applicant seeking to satisfy the primary criteria for a Subclass 600 (Visitor) visa in the Tourist stream:
