ARRANGEMENTS FOR TEMPORARY WORK (SHORT STAY ACTIVITY) (SUBCLASS 400) VISA APPLICATIONS 2015

I, JIM WILLIAMS, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subregulation 2.07(5) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations) for item 1231 of Schedule 1 to the Regulations:

1.REVOKE Instrument Number IMMI 15/036, signed on 16 April 2015 (F2015L00565); and

2.SPECIFY, in the table in this section of the Instrument, for a Temporary Work (Short Stay Activity) (Class GA), (Subclass 400) visa application:

a.for the purposes of subregulation 2.07(6) of the Regulations, classes of applicants listed in Column A and to whom Column B and Column C relevantly apply;

b.for the purposes of subitem 1231(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the approved forms listed in Column B; and

c.for the purposes of paragraph 1231(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the place and manner where an application must be made;
