ARRANGEMENTS FOR OTHER VISAS 2016/043

I, PETER DUTTON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subregulation 2.07(5) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations) for the purposes of items 1111 Confirmatory (Residence) (Class AK), 1127AA Resolution of Status (Class CD), 1201 Border (Temporary) (Class TA) and 1224 Transit (Temporary) (Class TX) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations:

1. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 15/031 (F2015L00548), Arrangements for Others Visas 2015, signed 16 April 2016; and

2. SPECIFY under subparagraph 2.07(5) of the Regulations, for the purposes of:

   a.subitems 1111(1), 1127AA(1) and 1201(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the relevant approved form listed in the Schedule to this Instrument; and

   b.paragraphs 1111(3A)(a), 1111(3)(a), 1127AA(3)(a), 1201(3)(a) and 1224(3)(aa) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the relevant place and manner for making an application for the relevant class of visa, listed in the Schedule to this Instrument.

This Instrument, Arrangements for Other Visas 2016/043, IMMI 16/043, commences
on 1 July 2016.
