AREAS FOR STATE AND TERRITORY SPONSORED BUSINESS OWNER VISA
(REGULATION 892.213(3)(b))
I, AMANDA VANSTONE, Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs, acting under regulation 1.17 and paragraph 892.213(3)(b) of Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (“the Regulations”):
SPECIFY the postcodes and postcode ranges listed in the Schedule to this Instrument as being areas for the purposes of paragraph 892.213(3)(b) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations.
This Instrument, IMMI 06/026, commences on the day of registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
