SPECIFICATION OF ADDRESSES

I, DEIRDRE RUSSACK, Assistant Secretary (a/g), Education and Tourism Branch, Department of Immigration and Citizenship, acting under subregulations 2.61(4), 2.61(5), 2.61(6), 2.66A(2), 2.66A(6), 2.73A(5), 2.73B(6) and 2.73C(6) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):

  1. REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 09/121 signed on 28 October 2009; AND

2. SPECIFY for paragraphs 2.61(4)(b), 2.61(6)(b), 2.66A(6)(b), 2.73A(5)(b), 2.73B(6)(b), 2.73C(6)(b), and subparagraph 2.66A(2)(b)(ii) of the Regulations an office of Immigration in Australia; AND

3. SPECIFY the for the purposes of paragraphs 2.61(4)(c), 2.61(6)(c), 2.66A(6)(c), 2.73A(5)(c), 2.73B(6)(c), 2.73C(6)(c) and subparagraph 2.66A(2)(b)(iii) of the Regulations the fax number of an office of Immigration in Australia.

This instrument, IMMI 10/009, commences on 4 March 2010.
