[NOTE 1:   Paragraph 1104AA(3)(a) provides that an application for a Business Talent (Migrant) (Class EA) visa must be made: (i) if the applicant’s residential address, given using form 47BU, is in PRC, including Hong Kong or Macau – at the address in Hong Kong specified in a Gazette Notice for this subparagraph; or (ii) if the applicant’s residential address, given using form 47BU, is in Taiwan – at the address in Taipei specified in a Gazette Notice for this subparagraph; or (iii) if subparagraphs (i) and (ii) do not apply – at the address in Perth specified in a Gazette Notice for this subparagraph.
