ADDRESSES FOR APPLICATIONS FOR PARENT (MIGRANT) (CLASS AX) VISAS

(REGULATION 1124(3)(aa))

I, ANDREW ROBB, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs, acting under regulation 1.17 and paragraph 1124(3)(aa) of the Migration Regulations 1994 ("the Regulations"):

  1. REVOKE the Instrument signed 26 September 2002 that specifies post office box and courier delivery addresses for the purposes of paragraph 1124(3)(aa) of the Regulations.

  1. SPECIFY the following address as the post office box address for the purposes of subparagraph 1124(3)(aa)(i):

Perth Office Parents Centre

NORTHBRIDGE  WA  6865

  1. SPECIFY the following address as the courier address for the purposes of subparagraph 1124(3)(aa)(ii):

This Instrument commences on 1 July 2006.

NOTE 2: Paragraph 1124(3)(aa) of the Regulations provides that an application must be made by (i) posting the application to the post office box address specified in a Gazette Notice for this subparagraph, or by (ii) having the application delivered by a courier service to the address specified in a Gazette Notice for this subparagraph.]
