ADDRESSES FOR APPLICATIONS FOR CONTRIBUTORY PARENT (TEMPORARY) (CLASS UT) VISAS

(REGULATION 1221(3)(a))

I, ANDREW ROBB, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs, acting under regulation 1.17 and paragraph 1221(3)(a) of the Migration Regulations 1994 ("the Regulations"):

1. REVOKE the Instrument signed 23 June 2003 that specifies post office box and courier delivery addresses for the purposes of paragraph 1221(3)(a) of the Regulations.

1. SPECIFY the following address as the post office box address for the purposes of subparagraph 1221(3)(a)(i):

1. SPECIFY the following address as the address for delivery by a courier service for the purposes of subparagraph 1221(3)(a)(ii):

This Instrument commences on 1 July 2006.
