MIGRATION OCCUPATIONS IN DEMAND

(REGULATION 1.03)

I, AMANDA VANSTONE, Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs, acting under regulations 1.17 and 1.03 of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):

1. REVOKE Instrument Number IMMI 05/094 signed on 30 November 2005 specifying migration occupations in demand for the purposes of the definition of “Migration Occupation in Demand” in regulation 1.03 of the Regulations; and

1. SPECIFY each skilled occupation referred to in the Schedule to this notice as a migration occupation in demand for the purposes of the definition of “migration occupation in demand” in regulation 1.03 of the Regulations.

This Instrument, IMMI 06/017, commences on the day of registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
