IMPAIRMENT RATING

(REGULATION 1.15AA(1)(c) )

I, KEVIN ANDREWS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under regulation 1.17 and paragraph 1.15AA(1)(c) of the Migration Regulations 1994 ("the Regulations"):

1.         REVOKE Gazette Notice signed on 16 November 1998, specifying the impairment rating for the purposes of paragraph 1.15AA(1)(c) of the Regulations; and

2.         SPECIFY that the impairment rating for the purposes of paragraph 1.15AA(1)(c) is 30.

This Instrument, IMMI 07/012, commences on 23 April 2007.
