I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under subparagraphs 1205(3)(c)(i),
(ii) and (iii) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
1. REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 07/023, signed on 1 June 2007, specifying addresses for the purposes of subparagraphs 1205(3)(c)(i), (ii) and (iii) of the Regulations; AND
SPECIFY for the purposes of subparagraph 1205(3)(c)(i) of the Regulations the following post

[NOTE: Paragraph 1205(3)(c) of the Regulations provides that an application by a person seeking to meet the criteria for the grant of a Subclass 420 (Entertainment) visa must be accompanied by a completed form 148 and must be made by posting the application (with the correct pre-paid postage) to the post office box address specified in a Gazette Notice for subparagraph 1205(3)(c)(i), or having the application delivered by a courier service to the address specified in a Gazette Notice for subparagraph 1205(3)(c)(ii), or having the application sent by
facsimile to the address specified in a Gazette Notice for subparagraph 1205(3)(c)(iii).]
