I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under subparagraphs 1205(3)(c)(i),

(ii) and (iii) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):

1. REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 07/023, signed on 1 June 2007, specifying addresses for the purposes of subparagraphs 1205(3)(c)(i), (ii) and (iii) of the Regulations; AND

1. SPECIFY for the purposes of subparagraph 1205(3)(c)(i) of the Regulations the following post
