INSTRUMENT OF REVOCATION

(Paragraph 5.36(1A)(a))

I, STEPHEN SHEEHAN, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Migration Regulations (‘the Regulations’) REVOKE Instrument Number IMMI 12/134 signed on 20 December 2012, specifying the amount in a foreign currency which corresponds to the amount payable for a fee in Australian dollars, for the purposes of paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Regulations.

This Instrument, IMMI 13/076 commences on 1 June 2013.
