eVISITOR - ELIGIBLE PASSPORTS

(REGULATION 1.11C)

I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under regulation 1.11C of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):

1.         REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 08/100 signed on 15 October 2008 specifying eligible passports for regulation 1.11C; AND

2. SPECIFY for regulation 1.11C of the Regulations, each of the kinds of passport set out in column 2 in the Schedule as an eVisitor-eligible passport
in relation to an application for a visa if the conditions (if any) set out in column 3 for passports of that kind are satisfied in relation to that application.

This Instrument, (IMMI 08/106), commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
