ARRANGEMENT FOR PROTECTION, HUMANITARIAN
AND REFUGEE VISAS 2016/024

(Items 1401, 1402, 1403 and 1404)

I, KRUNO KUKOC, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subregulation 2.07(5) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):

1. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 15/045 (F2015L00562), Arrangement for Protection, Humanitarian and Refugee Visas 2015, signed on  16 April 2015; and

2. SPECIFY for subitems 1401(1), 1402(1), 1403(1) and 1404(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations the required approved forms for a Protection (Class XA), Refugee and Humanitarian (Class XB), Temporary Protection (Class XD) and Safe Haven Enterprise (Class XE) visas, as listed in the Schedule to this Instrument; and

3. SPECIFY for paragraphs 1401(3)(a), 1402(3)(a), 1403(3)(a) and 1404(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the required place and required manner for making an application for a Protection (Class XA), Refugee and Humanitarian (Class XB), Temporary Protection (Class XD) and Safe Haven Enterprise (Class XE) visas, as listed in the Schedule to this Instrument.

This Instrument, Arrangements for Protection, Humanitarian and Refugee Visas 2016/024, IMMI 16/024 commences on 1 July 2016
