INSTRUMENT OF APPROVAL OF POST BOX ADDRESS

I, PHILIP RUDDOCK, Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs, acting under paragraphs 1128BA(3)(h), 1128CA(3)(c) 1128D(3)(aa) and 1212A(3)(j) of the Migration Regulations 1994 ("the Regulations"):
