Migration (Payment of visa application charges and fees in foreign currencies) Instrument (LIN 22/001) 2022

I, Stephanie Cargill, delegate of the Minister, under paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Migration Regulations 1994:

(a)   specify each currency mentioned in an item of Schedule 1; and

(b)   specify the exchange rate mentioned in an item of Schedule 1 for the currency mentioned in that item; and

(c)   repeal Migration (Payment of Visa Application Charges and Fees in Foreign Currencies) Instrument (LIN 21/003) 2021 (No. 2) (F2021L00741).

This instrument commences on 1 January 2022.
