Migration (Payment of Visa Application Charges and Fees in Foreign Currencies) Instrument (LIN 21/003) 2021 (No. 2)

I, Stephanie Cargill, delegate of the Minister for Home Affairs under paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Migration Regulations 1994:

(a)   specify each currency mentioned  in Schedule 1; and

(b)   for each currency mentioned in Schedule 1—specify the exchange rate mentioned in Schedule 1 for the currency; and

(c)   repeal Migration (LIN 21/001: Payment of Visa Application Charges and Fees in Foreign Currencies) Instrument 2021.

This instrument commences on 1 July 2021.
