Migration Legislation Amendment Act (No.1) 2008

I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Migration Legislation Amendment Act (No.1) 2008, fix 15 February 2009 as the day on which items 1, 2, 3, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19 and 20 of Schedule 2 to that Act commence.
