(1)   This instrument is the Migration (IMMI 18/082: Specification of Income Threshold and Annual Earnings) Repeal Instrument 2018.

The instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under paragraph 2.79(1A)(b) of the Migration Regulations 1994.
