Part 1 – Preliminary

1  Name

This instrument is the Migration (IMMI 18/014: Addresses for Applications for Parent Visas) Instrument 2018.

This instrument may be cited as IMMI 18/014.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences the day after registration.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under paragraphs 1124(3)(aa), 1130(3)(b) and 1221(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994.

4  Definitions

In this instrument:

Regulations means the Migration Regulations 1994.

5  Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Part 2 – Specified addresses

6   Specified post office box address

For the purposes of subparagraphs 1124(3)(aa)(i), 1130(3)(b)(i) and 1221(3)(a)(i) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the following address is specified as the post office box address for applications for Parent (Migrant)(Class AX) visas, Contributory Parent (Migrant)(Class CA) visas and Contributory Parent (Temporary)(Class UT) visas:
