This instrument is made under subregulation 2.07(5) of the Migration Regulations 1994.
4 Definitions
In this instrument:
Regulations means the Migration Regulations 1994
5 Schedules
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Part 2 – Arrangements for Parent Visa Applications
6 Parent (Migrant) (Class AX) visa
(1) This section applies to a person seeking to apply for a Parent (Migrant) (Class AX) visa.
(2) For subitem 1124(1) and paragraph 1124(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations,
(a) the approved form is specified in the corresponding row in Column C; and
(b) the place and manner for making an application is specified in the corresponding row in Column D.
7 Aged Parent (Residence) (Class BP) visa
(1) This section applies to a personn applicant seeking to apply for an Aged Parent (Residence) (Class BP) visa.
(2) For subitem 1124A(1) and paragraph 1124A(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations;
(a)the approved form is specified in the corresponding row in Column C; and
(b)the place and manner for making an application is specified in the corresponding row in Column D.
8 Contributory Parent (Migrant) (Class CA) visa
(1) This section applies to a person seeking to apply for a Contributory Parent (Migrant) (Class CA) visa.
(2) For subitem 1130(1) and paragraph 1130(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, for each kind of applicant described in Column B of the table in Schedule 1 to this instrument;
(a) the approved form is specified in the corresponding row in Column C; and
(b) the place and manner for making an application is specified in the corresponding row in Column D.
9 Contributory Aged Parent (Residence) (Class DG) visa
This section applies to a person seeking to apply for a Contributory Aged Parent (Residence) (Class DG) visa.
For subitem 1130A(1) and paragraph 1130A(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, for each kind of applicant described in Column B of the table in Schedule 1 to this instrument;
(a) the approved form is specified in the corresponding row in Column C; and
(b) the place and manner for making an application is specified in the corresponding row in Column D.
10 Contributory Parent (Temporary) (Class UT) visa
This section applies to a person seeking to apply for a Contributory Parent (Temporary) (Class UT) visa.
For subitem 1221(1) and paragraph 1221(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, for each kind of applicant described in Column B of the table in Schedule 1 to this instrument;
(a) the approved form is specified in the corresponding row in Column C; and
(b) the place and manner for making an application is specified in the corresponding row in Column D.

This section applies to a person seeking to apply for a Contributory Aged Parent (Temporary) (Class UU) visa.
