I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Migration Act 1958.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 12 December 1994.

2.   Repeal of the Migration (Haiti—United Nations Security Council Resolutions) Regulations

2.1   Statutory Rules 1994 No. 267 are repealed.
