Migration Amendment (Unauthorised Maritime Arrivals and Other Measures) Commencement Proclamation 2013

I, Professor Marie Bashir AC CVO, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Migration Amendment (Unauthorised Maritime Arrivals and Other Measures) Act 2013, fix 1 June 2013 as the day on which items 1 to 14 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
