1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Migration Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 2).

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on 1 April 2001.

3Amendment of Migration Regulations 1994

Schedule 1 amends the Migration Regulations 1994.

4Application

 The amendments in item [2] of Schedule 1 apply to an application for a visa that is made on or after 1 April 2001.
