Migration Amendment (Protection and Other Measures) Commencement Proclamation 2015

I, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Ret’d), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 3, 9 and 10 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Migration Amendment (Protection and Other Measures) Act 2015, fix 18 April 2015 as the day on which Part 2 of Schedule 1, and Schedules 3 and 4, to that Act commence.
