Migration Amendment (Notification Review) Act 2008
I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Migration Amendment (Notification Review) Act 2008, fix 5 December 2008 as the day on which items 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
