Migration Amendment (Border Integrity) Act 2007
I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Migration Amendment (Border Integrity) Act 2007, fix 1 July 2007 as the day on which Schedules 1, 2 and 3 to that Act commence.
