Migration Agents Regulations 1998

CLASS OF PERSONS

(Regulation 6)

I, MICHAELIA CASH, Assistant Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under regulation 6 of the Migration Agent Regulations 1998 (‘the Regulations’):

1) REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 13/089, signed on 15 October 2013, specifying prescribed continuing professional development for applicants for registration as a Migration Agent for the purposes of regulation 6 of the Regulations; AND

2) SPECIFY the following class of persons for the purpose of paragraph 6(2)(c):

(a)agents who are re-registering with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority.

This Instrument, IMMI 13/153, commences on 1 January 2014.
