(CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT –
PRO BONO ACTIVITIES)
Office of the MARA NOTICE No. MN27-10g OF 2010
The Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority, acting under clause 3 of Schedule 1 to the Migration Agents Regulations 1998:
REVOKES the notice entitled Migration Agents (Continuing Professional Development – Pro bono Activities) Office of the MARA Notice MN03-10g of 2010, made on 13/01/2010; and
SPECIFIES that the provision of immigration assistance without charge as set out in columns 2, 3 and 5 in the Schedule is an approved activity for the purposes of that clause:
(a) with the status specified in column 4; and
(b) having the value specified in column 5.
This notice has effect on and from 1 April 1998.
