MIGRATION AGENTS
(CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT –
PRIVATE STUDY OF AUDIO, VIDEO OR WRITTEN MATERIAL)
Office of the MARA NOTICE No. MN45-09b OF 2009
The Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority, acting under clause 3 of Schedule 1 to the Migration Agents Regulations 1998:
(1) REVOKES the notice entitled Migration Agents (Continuing Professional Development – Private Study of Audio, Video or Written Material) Office of the MARA Notice MN38-09b of 2009, published on 17/09/2009; and
(2) SPECIFIES the private study of audio, video, or written material described in columns 2 and 3 of an item in Schedule A as an approved activity for the purposes of that clause:
(a) with the status specified in column 4; and
(b)having the value specified in column 5.
(c)with the level specified in column 6.
(3) SPECIFIES the private study of audio, video, or written material described in columns 2 and 3 of an item in Schedule B as an approved activity for the purposes of clause 3 until midnight on 30 November 2009:
(a)with the status specified in column 4; and
(b)having the value specified in column 5; and
(c)with the level specified in column 6.
(4) SPECIFIES the private study of audio, video, or written material described in columns 2 and 3 of an item in Schedule C as an approved activity for the purposes of clause 3 until midnight on 30 April 2010:
(a) with the status specified in column 4; and
(b) having the value specified in column 5; and
(c) with the level specified in column 6.
This notice has effect on and from 1 April 1998.
