MIGRATION AGENTS
(CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT –
PRIVATE STUDY OF AUDIO, VIDEO OR WRITTEN MATERIAL)
Office of the MARA NOTICE No. MN17-10b OF 2010
The Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority, acting under clause 3 of Schedule 1 to the Migration Agents Regulations 1998:
(1) REVOKES the notice entitled Migration Agents (Continuing Professional Development – Private Study of Audio, Video or Written Material) Office of the MARA Notice MN07-10b of 2010, signed on 08/02/2010; and
(2) SPECIFIES the private study of audio, video, or written material described in columns 2 and 3 of an item in Schedule A as an approved activity for the purposes of that clause:
(a) with the status specified in column 4; and
(b)having the value specified in column 5.
(3) SPECIFIES the private study of audio, video, or written material described in columns 2 and 3 of an item in Schedule B as an approved activity for the purposes of clause 3 until midnight on 30 April 2010:
(a) with the status specified in column 4; and
(b) having the value specified in column 5.
(4) DECLARES the private study of audio, video, or written material described in columns 2 and 3 of an item in the Schedule as a mandatory activity for the purposes of clause 7A and set out in column 6.
This notice has effect on and from 1 April 1998.
