MIGRATION AGENTS
(CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT –
MISCELLANEOUS ACTIVITIES)
MARA NOTICE MN36-08f OF 2008
The Migration Agents Registration Authority, acting under clause 3 of Schedule 1 to the Migration Agents Regulations 1998:
REVOKES the notice entitled Migration Agents (Continuing Professional Development – Miscellaneous Activities) MARA Notice MN31-08f of 2008, published on 1/08/2008; and
SPECIFIES the miscellaneous activity described in column 2 in the Schedule as an approved activity for the purposes of that clause where the provider or nature of the activities, and the status, points and level set out in Columns 3 to 6 (inclusive) are satisfied.
This notice has effect on and from 1 April 1998.
