MARA NOTICE MN25f-05 OF 2005

The Migration Agents Registration Authority, acting under clause 3 of Schedule 1 to the Migration Agents Regulations 1998:

1. REVOKES the notice entitled Migration Agents (Continuing Professional Development – Miscellaneous Activities) MARA Notice MN16-05 of 2005, published on 14/04/2005; and

1. SPECIFIES the kinds of activity set out in column 2 in the Schedule to be approved activities for the purposes of clause 3 if the provider or nature of the activities, and the status and points set out in Columns 3 to 5 (inclusive) are satisfied:

This notice has effect on and from 1 April 1998.
