REVOCATION OF SECTION 499 DIRECTION NO 37

I, TERESA GAMBARO, Assistant Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under
section 499 of the Migration Act1958 (‘the Act’):

REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 07/034, “Direction No. 37 - Guidelines for considering cancellations of student visas for breach of Condition 8202”, signed on 27 June 2007.

This Instrument, IMMI 07/068, commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
