REVOCATION OF SECTION 499 DIRECTION NO 36

I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under
section 499 of the Migration Act1958 (‘the Act’):

REVOKE “Direction No. 36 Visitor Applications”, made under section 499 of the Act, and signed on 22 June 2005.

This instrument (IMMI 09/035) commences on 15 May 2009.
