REVOCATION OF SECTION 499 DIRECTION NO 35

(SECTION 499)

I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under
section 499 of the Migration Act1958 (‘the Act’):

REVOKE “Direction No. 35 – Order of Consideration of applications for sponsorship, nomination and visas under the Skill Stream of the Migration Program and the Temporary Residence Program”, signed on 14 May 2004.

This instrument (IMMI 08/107) commences on 1 January 2009.
