REVOCATION OF SECTION 499 DIRECTION NO 25

I, CHRIS BOWEN, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under
section 499 of the Migration Act1958 (‘the Act’):

REVOKE “Direction No. 25 – Strip Search of Immigration Detainees”, made under section 499 of the Act, and signed on 27 September 2001.

This instrument (IMMI 11/059) commences on signature.
