I, BRENDAN O’CONNOR, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under
section 499 of the Migration Act1958 (‘the Act’):

REVOKE “Direction No. 16 of 1999 – Refugee Review Tribunal: Streamlining measures”, made under section 499 of the Act, and signed on 1 June 1999.

This Instrument IMMI 13/088 commences on 1 July 2013.
