REVOCATION OF SECTION 499 DIRECTION NO 10

(SECTION 499)

I, CHRIS BOWEN, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under
section 499 of the Migration Act1958 (‘the Act’):

1.         REVOKE “Direction No. 10 – Assessment of Required Assurances of Support”, signed on 28 June 1999.

This Instrument, IMMI 11/047, commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
